Attention: Liquor Accord Multi Venue Barring (MVB) update.
In efforts to keep our venues safe with a zero tolerance to any violence or antisocial behaviour, we added 7 new faces to the MVB List at the December Liquor Accord meeting. This included;
Violent Disorder + Other Offences = 3 Year Multi Venue Barring
Violent Disorder = 3 Year Multi Venue BarringViolent Disorder = 3 Year Multi Venue BarringMalicious Damage = 1 Year Multi Venue Barring
Assault = 2 Year Multi Venue BarringAssault = 1 Year Multi Venue BarringViolent Disorder = 2 Year Multi Venue BarringThe people associated with the above offences and subsequent MVB know who they are. Most of you have court dates (or will soon), so enjoy you time on the sideline.
We are all working together to keep our venues safe and will not tolerate anti-social behaviour. We encourage everyone to come out and enjoy the venues in our great Coffs Harbour region.
Those who don’t follow the rules and respect the venues could not only be barred from that venue but all venues, restaurants and bottle shops within the Coffs Harbour accord.
